  • Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesPR/ブランディング(主軸)
  • 年間PR計画の立案・実行
  • プレスリリースの企画・作成・配信
  • メディア/PRエージェンシー対応
  • コーポレートブランディングに関わる情報発信
  • マーケティング支援(+α)
  • Web、SNS、メール等のコンテンツ企画・発信
  • マーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行支援
  • セミナー/イベント/展示会等のPR・集客支援
  • 営業・各部門と連携したメッセージ整理・資料作成支援
  • グローバル連携
  • Global / APAC マーケティングチームとの連携
  • グローバル方針・コンテンツの日本向けローカライズ

Key Success / Performance Indicators

Convert the elements to achieve the following into KPIs, monitor and improve them.

Assurance Japan Sales, Revenue and MOP

  • Japan MS & Training revenue
  • Sales productivity, Sales Force Effectiveness
  • Other project objectives

Attribute Essential Criteria

Knowledge and Experience

  • (e.g. Type, level)
  • PR、広報、マーケティングいずれかの実務経験(目安:5年以上)
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション能力
  • ビジネス文書・コンテンツ作成スキル
  • Word / Excel / PowerPoint の基本操作
  • Skills and Abilities (e.g. Teamwork, IT, Communication, Relationships)
  • B2Bマーケティング/営業支援の経験
  • デジタルマーケティング、コンテンツマーケティング経験
  • 英語での業務コミュニケーション経験
  • Education / Qualifications (e.g. Technical)
  • University graduate or equivalent educational background.

Personal Qualities / Aptitudes

  • (e.g. Initiative, flexibility, commitment, reliability)
  • Self-discipline with good planning and organizing capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organization using communication and engagement tools.
