Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This position will also be responsible for making starbucks drinks throughout the day upon request. The person hired for this role will be required to work a minimum of 2 Night Audit shifts a week from 11 P.M. - 7A.M. More may be required depending on the needs of the hotel.
