Facilities Technician

Maintenance Repair - Performs general preventive or corrective maintenance tasks pertaining to building maintenance, including changing HVAC filters, changing fan belts, checking motor timing, testing control systems, Intermediate knowledge of hand tools and shop tools, fabricates parts, can work independently, knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, HVAC systems and components. - Variety of maintenance skill sets. - Maintains and repairs shop tools and equipment. - Reads and interprets blueprints and OEM’s. - Trains the Assistant Facilities Technicians and assists the Senior Facilities Technicians in maintaining and repairing of building mechanical equipment. - Abide by all State, local and OHSU vehicle parking regulations...
