After approximately a six-month training period, new employees may have an opportunity to work a rotating hybrid work schedule. Every day is different in the Tax Office and your daily responsibilities will vary as a Tax Agent : Focus on resolving customer inquiries by phone or in person to include researching accounts, accepting payments, establishing payment arrangements, or explaining tax laws Processing payments received electronically or by mail, initiating collection actions on delinquent accounts, or updating records for business, real estate and individual property
