Policy & Research Officer

To advance the organisation's policy objectives through the delivery of high-quality research, analysis, and insights. The role will support the coordination of the organisation's EU and international policy activities, monitor relevant legislative and policy developments, and contribute to the preparation of research papers, briefings, and submissions to inform strategic engagement and advance the interests of the profession.This is a hands-on role within a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Communications & Public Affairs Director. The Officer will support policy, research, and EU and international policy work across a diverse range of priorities within the policy and public affairs function.Note - The interview process will run with two in person rounds of interview occurring on 3-4th September and 22- 23rd Sept 2026
