Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,600 Annual earnings: $83,000 Extra pay opportunities: $20 per stop $37 per unload $20 per backhaul $25 per pallet restack $25 per clean inspection Paid orientation/training: $100 per day for a 2-day ride-along Job Highlights Home every day 2 days off per week Driver unload with a powered pallet jack Refrigerated and dry van freight Deliveries to Kroger stores in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky 200–300 miles daily 2–4 loads with 6–8 stops per day Slip-seat tractors Qualifications At least 3 months of CDL-A driving experience Pass a hair follicle drug test Clean MVR and no SAP Physically capable of live unloads Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Personal transportation required to and from the distribution center daily
