About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Bar Manager who knows how to set the pace, shake the shakers, and keep the good times flowing. This isn’t just about pouring drinks – it’s about leading the city’s most stylish rooftop bar team, curating on-trend cocktails, and making sure every night is memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Own the rooftop bar scene – from daily service to late-night celebrations.
• Hire, train, and inspire a rockstar bar crew.
• Design cocktail menus that are fun, fresh, and always ahead of the curve.
• Keep stock and costs in check without ever slowing the buzz.
• Deliver service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.
• Bring the vibe to rooftop events, promos, and parties.
• Ensure the bar stays safe, compliant, and ready to roll.

What You’ll Bring

• A valid GM (Liquor) Certificate (3+ years preferred).
• Proven bar management experience in high-energy venues.
• Passion for cocktails, trends, and hospitality.
• Natural leadership and a knack for motivating people.
