will get hands-on experience across poolside service, events, and day-to-day operations—working alongside leaders to understand what it takes to deliver a great hospitality experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in hospitality, events, or operations who wants real experience (not just shadowing).

What You’ll Do

• Support daily food & beverage operations (poolside grill, café, events)
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of member events
• Learn scheduling, inventory, and operational basics
• Help create a positive, high-energy experience for members
• Jump in where needed—no two days are the same
