The Project Manager manages a large book of customer projects. The Project Manager ensures assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager provides the level of customer engagement required by type of project and specific customer to ensure the customer's needs and expectations are met. They focus on creating a positive customer experience.The Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and successful completion of both transactional and more complex projects.
