DESCRIPTION Execution of the recruitment and selection process​ Post open positions on the company's platforms and communication channels​ Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates​ Maintenance of recruitment platforms​ Ensure the hiring process​ Ensure safety compliance and local regulations ​ Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.​ Supervise the distribution, inventory, and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).​ Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance​ Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters​ Execution of EHS processes​ QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.​ +3 years of experience in recruitment​ and HR processes for the Automotive Engineering Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation​ Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS​ Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025​ Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S ​ MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU JazzHr Privacy Policy <https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/>
