Duroflex produces and sells a high-end line of mattresses, pillows, and bed linens through its dealer and distributor networks, as well as online. Duroflex has established a solid supply chain over the years and is now looking to expand its eCommerce operations and implement superior and cost-effective technologies. Who can apply for? Anyone with 7-10 years experience in maintaining relationships with clients and managing a team of subordinates. An M/s degree in marketing management or a related field is required. What would you be handling? Responsible for the maintenance of the relationship with the clients and maintaining a proper communication with the different departments. Reporting will be to the Board of Directors. Guiding the subordinates to a specific goal aligning with the goal of the organisation Coordination with the other departments and troubleshooting the problem Being a cord between the heads of all the activities in the organisation and having the team directed towards the unanimity of the efforts to meet with the goal Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs Conduct market research to follow trends and competition What will make you successful? Effective interpersonal skills, comprehensive and convincing skills Managing the subordinates and take responsibility for the work of the same Understanding Reports and establishing accountability for the subordinates An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude Should be a Team player who can integrate with the colleagues Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
