Duroflex has established a solid supply chain over the years and is now looking to expand its eCommerce operations and implement superior and cost-effective technologies. Who can apply for? Anyone with 1-3 yrs experience of working in retail/sales field. A minimum of graduation degree in marketing or related field. What would you be handling? Responsible to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.. Reporting will be to the Manager. Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services What will make you successful? Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
