Role Overview As Deputy Manager – Digital Media, you’ll be the execution backbone of our media team. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign operations, support planning and buying across digital channels, and help drive traffic, leads, and footfall for both online and offline business. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of hands-on experience who wants to learn the strategic side of media while building deep expertise in execution. What Success Looks Like Paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic run on time and hit defined KPIs. Consistent footfall growth from hyperlocal campaigns across COCO and FOCO stores. Google Business Profiles (GBPs) are optimised for visibility, reviews, and conversions. Campaign dashboards are updated weekly with clear performance insights. Internal teams and agencies receive flawless briefs, reports, and campaign support. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Campaign Execution Assist in planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate platforms. Work closely with the Senior Manager and media agency to manage daily budgets, pacing, and optimisations. Support in setting up campaigns, audiences, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking. 2. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Analyse creative performance and audience insights to recommend improvements. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve results. 3. Hyperlocal & Retail Media Support Execute hyperlocal campaigns for store openings, events, and weekend activations. Manage Google Business Profiles: update offers, photos, posts, and Q&As, ensuring high ranking for “near me” searches. Monitor call-driving, direction clicks, and store-visit metrics and highlight improvement opportunities. 4. Reputation & Review Management Support post-purchase review generation across GBP and other platforms. Monitor ratings and reviews, flag critical feedback, and ensure timely responses in coordination with the CX team. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with creative, content, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging and lifecycle journeys. Support coordination between internal stakeholders and external agencies. Stay updated on digital trends, ad formats, and new platform betas. Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital media execution (client-side or agency). Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic platforms. Experience with hyperlocal targeting, store campaigns, or GBP optimisation is a strong plus. Technical: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and campaign analytics dashboards. Familiarity with tracking, UTM tagging, and basic SEO/SEM principles. Understanding of retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers and reporting. Highly collaborative with strong communication and coordination skills. Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
