Night Custodian

This is routine custodial work involving the care and housekeeping of the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center. Work involves varied responsibility for participating in the performance of a variety of tasks including cleaning, minor maintenance and repair tasks, and room set-ups. Generally, the hiring range is $39,464-$49,330 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary. View the full job description here ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (The following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive.) Maintain all floor surfaces. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies. Dusts and polishes woodwork and furniture. Cleans and maintains all interior building surfaces. Collects and disposes of trash. Secure building nightly. Operation, basic maintenance and adjustment of mechanical custodial equipment. Report all maintenance issues to Lead Custodian. May be required to perform basic maintenance.
