Customer & Sales Support Specialist (gn) - Location Bucharest

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Sales Support Specialist who will provide high-quality support to customers and the sales team while contributing to the smooth operation of daily business processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to customers and the sales team via phone and email Manage orders, card and PIN code blocks, and the delivery of cards and PINs Create and maintain customer accounts in the Smart Diesel and DKV systems Handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses Manage relationships with courier companies and resolve delivery-related issues Archive documents and manage customer correspondence Support Sales activities (customer activation, reporting, contracts) and provide backup support within the team
