Medical Operations & Implementation Manager

to oversee the rollout of medical spa services across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Transition spas into fully compliant
• medical spa facilities

Support

• hiring and onboarding
• of medical staff (NPs, PAs, RNs)

Manage

• vendor accounts & medical equipment setup
• Travel to sites to
• train staff, ensure compliance, and launch services

Help roll out treatments

Botox, fillers, PDO threads, HRT, weight loss, lasers, microneedling, and more

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a

medical spa, clinic, or healthcare operations

Strong in

project coordination, training, and vendor management

Knowledge of

• compliance/regulations
• (preferred)

Comfortable with

• frequent travel
• (up to 70%)
• Clinical background (RN/NP/PA) is a plus but not required
