What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Revenue

: Promote spa services, treatments, and packages to both new and loyal clients.

Upsell & Cross-Sell

: Craft personalized recommendations that align with client needs and maximize sales.

Build Client Relationships

: Foster loyalty by creating exceptional client experiences and following up with care.

Exceed Goals

: Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.

Collaborate Creatively

: Keep up with spa trends, wellness services, and new offerings to better serve and impress clients.

: Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

What We’re Looking For

Sales or customer service experience
(spa, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred)
Strong communication skills
with the ability to connect, influence, and inspire trust
A relationship builder
who understands and anticipates client preferences

Goal-oriented

mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets
Spa industry knowledge
is a bonus — enthusiasm for health and wellness is a must
