Talent Operations Co-ordinator

Davies is seeking a highly organised, analytical and digitally curious Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the growth and operational effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition team in Pune.This role combines recruitment coordination, operational reporting, process improvement, vendor management and digital enablement. You'll play a key role in creating a more efficient, data-driven recruitment function while delivering excellent experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.This opportunity is ideal for someone with Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordination experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to recruitment operations, reporting, process improvement and AI-enabled ways of working.
