The Senior Associate - Business Analyst– Agentic AI plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high‑priority AI‑driven initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, assessing impacts, defining outcomes, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals—particularly within the rapidly evolving domain of Agentic AI.The Senior Associate - Business Analystworks closely with Group functions, the Agentic AI Project Team, Value Enablement, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions are well understood, appropriately prioritised, and successfully implemented. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on sustainable, long-term value rather than short-term fixes.
