The Property Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving residential and commercial property claims through a combination of field inspections and desk-based claim handling activities. This role manages claims from first notice of loss through final resolution while ensuring compliance with policy provisions, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and company quality standards.The position requires strong technical adjusting knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to effectively balance onsite inspections with remote claim management responsibilities.
