Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Pay: $14.50/hour (includes a $0.50/hour shift differential) Overtime may be required based on business needs. Pay & Benefits Weekly Pay @ $14.50/hour Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days Opportunities for growth and advancement What You'll Do Depending on production needs, you'll work in one of the following areas: Production Assembly Assemble custom air filters according to work instructions Handle production materials safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality Key Responsibilities Assemble air filters according to specifications Measure, cut, and handle production materials Inspect products to ensure quality standards Package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications No manufacturing experience required—we provide paid training Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping Ability to lift and move lightweight materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Why Join Custom Filters Direct?
