Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in FInance/ Capital Markets

JOB DESCRIPTION Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with three to five years of experience to join the Corporate Practice at our Mexico City office. We are looking for a person who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for and is committed to the practice of law. DUTIES The person will join the Corporate team and collaborate on a wide range of Capital Markets matters, including corporate financings, debt issuances, due diligence processes, and the drafting and negotiation of financing agreements, among others. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS From 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial law focused on capital markets practice Passion for and commitment to the practice of law Good academic record Advanced English, minimum C1 level Other languages will be valued COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS An international profile that is constantly learning and developing, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0). A professional able to create and share new knowledge, responsive to business needs, and in the constant pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
