AI & LLM Engineer

Job Summary Join the Digital Transformation Team to build enterprise-grade AI capabilities that power intelligent applications across manufacturing. You will design, implement and continuously improve LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines and production AI services while working closely with AI Solution Architects and manufacturing domain experts. Key Responsibilities Develop production-grade AI Agents and LLM applications. Build and maintain RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge bases. Develop Text-to-SQL and AI workflow capabilities. Implement structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation pipelines. Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and databases. Collaborate with AI Solution Architects to implement solution designs. Continuously improve AI quality, latency and reliability. Requied Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of software or AI engineering experience. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience with LLM application development. Experience with SQL and REST APIs. Good communication and teamwork. Key Technical Skills Develop production-grade AI Agents and LLM applications.
