About The Role
YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Key Account Manager – Off Trade, you are leading and managing all the Key Modern Retail Outlets nationwide – ensuring effective and efficient execution of IAP and channel strategy nationwide. Your role is to ensure best in class delivery of AVQPAP – making sure excellent nationwide implementation through close collaboration with distributor. ABOUT YOU You will be responsible to deliver key performance targets as defined for the function. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution and performance of all programs designed to increase visibility, distribution and ultimately, depletion. Management, monitoring and execution of initiatives + ensuring proper M&E (efficiency and effectivity). Guaranteeing our good relationships with Key off trade accounts and distribution team/s. RESPONSIBILITY • Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key MRO accounts, and distribution team • Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets, including pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies within the Distributors & modern trade channel. • Own the P&L for the MRO channel • Responsible for working closely with key customers to drive performance KPIs • Drive Off trade Distributors Sales Team to achieve sales, visibility, distribution, pricing, and promotions (AVQPAP) targets • Ability to Perform Business Reviews and Assess Market Needs • Learn, mentor and motivate the Distributors modern trade sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. • To develop and activate plans that will ensure proper/ dominant merchandising and visibility of Bacardi brands in the off-trade channel. • Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) o Execute brand promotions/activations o M&E o A&P/GTN management • Monitoring of Brand Distribution across the assigned Off-Premise Accounts. • Monitoring and Collection of sales information or market data such as BRAND OFF-TAKE, PRICE SURVEYS, COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES and CONSUMER INSIGHTS. • Communication of competitor activities SKILLS • Strong people skills and ability to communicate at different organization levels • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills • Analytical Skills and Strategic Mindset • Ability to analyze numbers (Sales Volume, Pricing, Value Chain and etc) • Excellent ability to interpret the marketing vision and drive value adding insights and budget management experience • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership who is proactive and a good team player. • Ability to promote cross functional effectiveness.
