Program Manager - Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

The Permanent Supportive Housing Health Care Collaborative (PSH HCC) is a program in partnership with Integral Care that provides integrated, wraparound medical and behavioral health care to individuals transitioning out of homelessness living in permanent supportive housing at various sites throughout Travis County. In collaboration with the Operations Administrator, the Program Manager serves as an organizational lead for the PSH HCC program, responsible for the overall development, implementation, coordination, oversight, and strategic direction of the clinical care services.
