Clinical Dietitian - Certified Diabetes Educator

In collaboration with patients, families (as defined by the patient), and staff across all disciplines and departments will work with the Clinical Nutrition Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate diabetes related nutrition services and programs. This position will focus on providing Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) for patients who have confirmed Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes before pregnancy or who are newly diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, and will assist with other diabetes related initiatives as needed. Salary range for this role will start at $68,200.00
