Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst who can derive actionable insights to support business growth, product strategy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance gaps.
• ● Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers using Power BI.
• ● Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• ● Partner with business, product, marketing, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
• ● Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• ● Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• ● Present insights and findings to leadership teams in a clear and structured manner.

Requirements

• ● 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics.
• ● Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory.
• ● Good understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
• ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• ● Experience working with large datasets and deriving business insights.
• ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ● Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, or digital businesses will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• ● Knowledge of Excel, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• ● Exposure to product analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, or performance marketing analytics would be an advantage.
