Under direction of the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Director, the purpose of the position is to develop and implement the ESE Post High School Transition Program aimed at training students with moderate to severe disabilities (SWD) on employability skills resulting in opportunities for employment for SWD in Orange County Public Schools. Employees in this position are responsible for working directly with SWD to provide work experience in local businesses. The goal of the program is to help students with moderate to severe disabilities develop successful post high school employment plans and outcomes. Performs related work as directed.
