BUILDING SVCS TECH II

Under direction, the purpose of the position is to perform and coordinate corrective and scheduled maintenance in various craft disciplines in accordance with requested and approved work orders. Work may involve the use of diverse maintenance skills and knowledge depending on the specific assignment to be performed. Essential functions as outlined herein are performed according to the functional area of assignment and at locations within the respective regional learning community or other district locations. Performs scheduled, corrective and/or predictive maintenance on equipment and building components as described within the functions listed below. Performs related work as directed.
