1.具备主动营销获客能力，有一定营销经验：按客户需求定期制定及持续改进股权激励服务方案包括拟上市和上市企业服务咨询方案和其他各类产品服务方案，并能够推动项目执行落地；协助部门或高级顾问完成项目背调、Pitchbook制作、协议签署等;

Have the ability of customer acquisition capabilities and marketing experience: regularly develop and continuously improve the ESOP service plans based on client needs, including services for pre-listing and listed companies; and drive the project to execution. Assist the department and the senior team members in completing project due diligence, prepare pitch books, agreement signing, and related tasks.

2.与各地管理总部和内部不同部门对接，定期安排ESOP赋能业务宣讲活动，加强部门对市场品牌的影响力;

Connect with different regional sales headquarters and other internal departments, regularly arrange ESOP training activities, and strengthen the department's market influence.

3.协助部门就股权激励跟进落实项目的实施及细节，理解二级市场交易、股权激励系统及开户等事项，沟通协调内外部机构推进项目实施，按时完成工作；

Assist the department to follow up the implementation and details of ESOP projects, possess basic knowledge in the secondary market trading, ESOP system and account opening, communicate and coordinate with internal and external institutions to promote the project implementation, and complete the work on time.

4.熟悉使用相关披露及市场信息查询工具（万得、同花顺等），定期完成市场数据更新；了解行业发展趋势及同业市场策略，分析境内外股权激励市场及相关资料整理工作并形成相关报告；

Skilled in utilizing market data platforms (e.g., Wind, Tonghuashun) for disclosure and information research, regularly update the market information; Track industry trends and peer market strategies, analyze the domestic and international ESOP market, collect relevant data, and compile report as needed.

5.利用自身具备的渠道资源和市场经验，通过多种形式协助部门引入潜在目标项目；

Use own resources and market experience to help the department obtain potential target projects through various forms.

6.部门其他需要支持的工作。

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；

1.本科及以上学历，金融或经济相关专业优先；

A Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics or related disciplines.

2.对工作具有高度主动性和责任心，注重细节，有创造力，有团队合作精神；

Highly motivated and responsible for work, detail-oriented, creative, and a good team player;

3.3-5年投行、证券或金融科技领域工作经验，熟悉和了解股权激励管理及交易优先考虑.

3-5 years of work experience in investment banking, securities, or financial technology fields, with knowledge of ESOP management and trading preferred.

4.普通话和英语流利，良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
