We invest in products that simplify complex workflows, improve decision-making and create better experiences for brokers, clients and colleagues.We're seeking a Product Lead to join our Technology team and lead product strategy and delivery within our Underwriting value stream. Working closely with underwriting leadership, engineers and designers, you'll identify opportunities to create business value, shape product direction and deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes across the business.This is an opportunity to lead products that sit at the heart of CFC's underwriting operation, combining deep domain expertise with modern product management practices.
