What You'll Do
As a Senior Relocation Specialist, you'll work directly with seniors and families to make life transitions easier by helping organize, pack, move, and resettle their homes.
Responsibilities include
- Carefully pack, organize, label, and prepare household belongings for relocation.
- Sort items for keeping, donating, selling, recycling, or disposal according to the business and client wishes.
- Assist with unpacking and thoughtfully setting up clients in their new homes.
- Organize kitchens, closets, living spaces, and personal belongings.
- Work alongside a fun and collaborative team in a variety of homes throughout the Twin Cities metro.
- Handle clients' treasured belongings with care, professionalism, and respect.
- Use mobile apps to access schedules, communicate with the team, and track time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through kindness, patience, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For

- Enjoys helping people and making a positive difference.

- Is dependable and takes pride in doing quality work.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoys organizing and creating order.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
- Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
- Can comfortably lift up to 25 pounds, bend, kneel, reach and navigate stairs when necessary.
- Previous experience in organizing, packing, moving, customer service, retail, hospitality, caregiving, interior design, professional organizing, or senior services is helpful but
