At Caring Transitions, we support individuals and families through important life transitions such as downsizing, moving, and estate sales. This work brings calm, structure, and care during moments that can feel overwhelming. This is a hands on Team Lead role for someone who wants to lead a small team while making a real difference. What you will do Lead and support team members on site Help organize and sort household items for sale, donation, or relocation Keep projects running smoothly, safely, and efficiently Create a positive and supportive team environment Communicate progress clearly with management Why this role matters This work supports real people during times of change.
