• Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
• to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for seniors.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, your responsibilities may include

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Providing toileting and incontinence care
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with errands, transportation, and appointments
• Monitoring changes in a client’s condition
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Protecting each client’s privacy, dignity, and independence
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff
• Documenting completed care and reporting concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of caregiving experience is required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Caregiving, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience preferred (training available)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Experience in

• home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving
• is valuable for this position.
