Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team. Responsibilities Deploying and configuring our NetEye solutions to meet client specifications Designing network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router) Key user training Working closely together with the R&D department as well as with the support team to guarantee a continuous knowledge sharing Requirements Experience-based knowledge in System and Network monitoring and management Skilled in troubleshooting/incident management Experience-based knowledge with IT System Administration of Linux-based systems Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting Excellent communication and relationship skills Fluency in German (mother tongue), good English & Italian language skills Experience-based knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible and Kubernetes will be a plus We offer Training on our NetEye solution as well as on monitoring of heterogenous IT environments Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team of consultants Involvement in international IT Consulting projects inside as well as outside the Würth Group Flexible working hours as well as home-office option Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary model Wide range of training (incl. certification program) and development opportunities
