Software Engineer - K2 Job

Must have Technical Skills :- 5-9 Years working experience bracket in designing, developing applications using K2 BlackPearl, K2 FIVE. Experience in developing and generating smartobjects ,forms,view,workflows using Out of the box features. Experience in developing custom brokers using .NET assemblies, SharePoint APIs. Hands on experience in working with integration with SQL, SharePoint, SAP, Webservices, REST API, Oracle. Experience in development and optimization of SQL server related artifacts like table, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers. Experience in generating service objects (SVD) for K2 Connect for SAP. Hands on experience in SOAP and JSON serialization/deserialization concept. Hands on experience in Powershell scripting. Experience in performance improvement of applications. Well aware of Azure DevOps, JIRA and Confluence system. SSRS, Power BI for generating the analytics reports. Nice to have experience in using tools like Dox42 and its integration with K2. Experience in writing Code Review guidelines, creating dummy system for automated testing. Hands on experience using Package and Deploment tool, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps for release management. K2 Certified. Job description: Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented K2 FIVE Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation and business process management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining K2-based applications and workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy workflows using K2 Five platform Build and maintain SmartObjects , Forms , and Workflows Integrate K2 solutions with external systems such as SQL Server, SharePoint Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions Participate in requirement analysis and convert business needs into technical solutions Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability Support production deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities Document technical designs, processes, and configurations Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience working with K2 Five Good understanding of workflow automation and BPM concepts Hands-on experience with: K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and Workflow Designer SQL Server (queries, stored procedures) Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) is a plus Basic understanding of .NET / C# is preferred Good debugging and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Skills Experience with K2 Management / Workspace tools Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Soft Skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail Proactive and self-driven Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong documentation and communication skills Must have Technical Skills :- 5-9 Years working experience bracket in designing, developing applications using K2 BlackPearl, K2 FIVE.
