As a Senior Procurement Engineer is responsible for independent execution of procurement scopes to ensure predictable supplier delivery aligned with cost, schedule, quality, and technical requirements. This role serves as a key interface between suppliers and cross-functional teams, driving execution, resolving issues, and supporting successful project delivery. This is hybrid position. The position will require travel up to 20%. Responsibilities: Procurement Execution Execute procurement activities across assigned scopes from pre-PO through delivery Manage day-to-day supplier execution to meet schedule, quality, and technical requirements Track progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolution Supplier Performance & Risk Management Monitor supplier performance, including capability, capacity, and manufacturing readiness Identify and escalate risks impacting delivery Support implementation of corrective actions to maintain commitments Technical & Regulatory Integration Understand and communicate technical, safety-related, and nuclear quality requirements (ASME, NQA-1) Support preparation and review of safety-related requisitions Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company procedures Cross-Functional Coordination Interface with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and SPE to support execution Coordinate requirements and resolve issues impacting procurement activities Support project planning, estimates, and execution readiness Sourcing & Commercial Support Support RFx execution, including supplier engagement, bid evaluation, and clarification Assist in development of sourcing strategies aligned to project needs Contribute to commercial evaluations and negotiations Cost & Value Management Support cost analysis and identification of cost drivers Assist in implementation of total cost of ownership improvements Purchase Order & Contract Execution Manage assigned PO lifecycle activities (placement, tracking, changes, issue resolution) Support resolution of invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable Supplier Relationship Support Maintain working relationships with suppliers to support execution Act as a point of contact for supplier coordination on assigned scopes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain 5-10 years of experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution within a regulated/industrial environment Project Management Professional (PMP) Nuclear or regulated industry experience Experience supporting supplier execution and contract management Familiarity with ASME and NQA-1 requirements Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, Sharepoint Highly proficient in MS Office applications/tools We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
