CTG Technical Instructor

Pay grade: $90,000 - $92,000 The instructor provides manufacturer specific technical courses to third party personnel at various locations. In this role, the instructor provides coaching, technical expertise, and encouragement while creating structured opportunities for dealer personnel and students to develop their own proficiency. The position collaborates closely with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) on curriculum updates and participates in periodic Train-the-Trainer events.
