This role serves as the operational backbone of the GISG, ensuring that budget integrity, vendor accountability, program repor t ing, and process sustainability are maintained across all business units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Vendor Engagement Establishes and manages a structured vendor engagement model, including business review cadences, open item tracking, and new engagement and renewal workflows. Partners with Procurement to ensure timely execution of contracts, renewals, and new engagements across all business units. Maintains visibility into contract terms, renewal ti melines, and vendor performance outcomes. Process Development Develops and maintains standard opera 􀆟 ng procedures for budget management, BU new engagements, renewal expenses, and the IT overspend process. Supports GISG people leaders in maintaining budget alignment and fiscal year cost accuracy. Iden t ifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce dependencies through documenta tion and process standardization. Stakeholder Coordination Serves as a consistent point of coordination between GISG leadership, Finance, Procurement, and BU IT Financial contacts. Tracks ac 􀆟 on items and decisions emerging from vendor and leadership engagements through to resolu tion . Operational Report i ng & Program Coordination Compiles and distributes the GISG weekly status report and prepares the monthly cybersecurity project status deck for leadership. Coordinates the annual cyber insurance renewal process, including data gathering, questionnaire complain, and liaison with Informa 􀆟 on Technology and Risk Insurance. Maintains a centralized document inventory for GISG operational records and procedures. Financial Management Owns the GISG non-payroll cybersecurity budget across all business units, including expense tracking, BU-level allocations, purchase order and invoice oversight, and tim ely payment coordina tion . Develops and maintains budget repor ti ng aligned to the NIST CSF 2.0 framework, produces monthly financial status updates for GISG leadership, and delivers quarterly spend-vs-budget metrics. Leads the annual budget planning cycle in partnership with FP&A and BU IT Financial contacts. What you’ll need: Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, particularly NIST CSF, sufficient to align budget and operational repor t ing to framework domains. Proficiency in financial tracking, purchase order management, and budget forecas ti ng. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive items to completion with minimal oversight. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with procurement and financial systems. Experience coordinating cyber insurance renewals or similar risk financing processes is a plus. Educa ti on Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Informa 􀆟 on Technology, Finance, or a related field required. Relevant professional cer tifi cations or equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum five years of experience in project management, business operations, or a program coordination role, preferably within an information technology or cybersecurity environment. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, coordinating vendor relationships, and producing executive-level reporting. Experience working within a matrixed, mul ti- business unit organiza tion strongly preferred.
