Your Role: - Responsible for directly supervising and managing RN/Assistant Nurse Managers in the inpatient units and on the behavioral emergency services team. - Oversees RN/Assistant Nurse Managers regarding staff training,staffing schedules, the hiring/termination process, patient flow, performance monitoring, and adherence with Behavioral Health Center (BHC) policies and procedures, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and State of Florida licensure standards. -
