Job Overview Drives a culture of sustainable quality-compliant processes and takes charge of all process improvement change activities to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements Developing improvement proposals based on the analysis of worker utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as process flowcharts and production schedules. Conducting surveys, personnel interviews, site visits, and business analyses to resolve quality issues. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the adoption of standard operating procedures and leading workshops for the implementation of quality management systems at multiple manufacturing locations. Performing final inspection of the finished products and developing disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
