MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II-Cable Assembly

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 Purpose Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager. Design and develop manufacturing process for New project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target. Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Development (i) Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish. (ii) Coordinate Design for Manufacturing(DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(PFMEA) with core team members. (iii) Prepare documentations and process specifications for production. (iv) Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action(FACA) form. (v) Continuous manufacturing process improvement with TEOA tools for cost reduction. Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development (i) Evaluate new tool, fixture and equipment demand/cost for new projects; (ii) Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting TE engineering and EHS requirement. (iii) Upload all tooling prints to TE data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.) (iv) Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier. (v) Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment. Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment (i) Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM, (ii) Follow up the documentations for qualification, using TE standard format and follow up the approval. (iii) Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement. Technician Guidance Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded. 职位要求 High speed cable industry and related 5+ years work experience in process development or maintenance Bachelor or high education Major in Mechanical design or equivalent Problem Solving Logics, Simulation Sense(Software & 3D Print Resource), Data-Driven Mindset, Critical Know-How Standardization Summary and Presentation Skills Good English Possess a positive, outgoing, and proactive personability Demonstrated ability to excel under high pressure and tight timelines 岗位职责与任职要求 竞争力 SET：战略、执行、人才（适用于经理）
