Vue d'ensemble du travail This role requires a strong combination of product management, business strategy, market analysis, commercial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and P&L management to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Responsabilités et Qualifications Product Strategy & Market Intelligence Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Conduct market segmentation and identify growth opportunities. Define differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning. Build and maintain product roadmaps supporting short- and long-term business goals. Drive product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life. Business Planning & Portfolio Management Own portfolio revenue, profitability, and margin performance. Develop annual operating plans and growth strategies. Define pricing strategies and pricing governance. Align commercial, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams on execution priorities. Forecast demand and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities. Monitor business KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed. New Product Development & Launch Lead new product initiatives and commercialization programs. Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams throughout the development cycle. Build business cases and investment justifications. Support customer engagements to secure new business opportunities. Develop go-to-market plans, launch strategies, and sales enablement materials. Ensure successful product launches within target schedules and budgets. Commercial & Operational Excellence Manage portfolio sales growth and gross margin performance. Support strategic customers and key account initiatives. Resolve product quality, delivery, and performance issues. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Partner with sales teams to provide product training and technical-commercial expertise. Measure launch success and product adoption metrics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred [ Experience 5+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, or Technical Sales experience. Experience managing a product portfolio with revenue and profitability accountability. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Experience within connectors, electronics, industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, or related technology industries is highly desirable.
