Logistics Supervisor

Job Overview Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation. Job Requirements Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement. Coordinating the stock relocations and transfers related to the operations of logistics networks; assisting in the arrangement of logistics staff rotational schedule. Helping optimize shipments between distribution centers and customers and facilitate communication of transportation operations between carriers, suppliers and partners. Coordinating procedures across functions for the distribution and inventory management to ensure the execution of daily shipment plan and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service, efficiency improvement and cost saving. What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree in any course At least 7-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in people management capacity With relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory, and logistics in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry Preferably with exposure to working with global stakeholders Good presentation skills and knowledgeable about how to work with data Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
