Job Overview Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the production and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Job Requirements Setting expectations, defining employee goals and objectives, and conducting performance reviews. Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Analyzing charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluating current production estimates and outputs. Enforcing safety regulations, demonstrating equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees, and verifying that the processes are completed on time and accurately. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
