SOURCING & PROCUREMENT ANALYST III

Job Overview Executes defined sourcing and procurement activities while contributing to cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives. Applies data-driven analysis to support sourcing decisions and category strategies. Job Requirements Implement sourcing strategy for responsible commodities, identify savings and risk opportunities, drive material productivity. Select, Qualify and Manage suppliers to build solid supplier base per strategy. NPI/Migration projects support with right source (quality, cost, service) for business grow needs from kickoff to mass production. Supporting sourcing initiatives by preparing RFQs, analyzing bids, and documenting sourcing related contracts or agreements. Drive VAVE Projects cross functionally. Drive material localization efforts to achieve cost reduction and delivery service flexibility. Supplier quality improvement together with SQE to achieve DLPM target. Collaborating with supply chain and operations to support continuity of supply. Mainly responsible for procurement activities of Medical Suzhou/Japan business, also support other medical sites globally. Any other work assigned by manager. What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably engineering background with mechanical or Electronic. >8 years procurement experience or related functions, manufacturing environment is a plus, medical industry related preferred. Fluent in Japanese is a must, English communication is an advantage.
