Job Overview Leads reviews and strategies to ensure that all products meet quality standards; develops and evaluates quality standards, processes and procedures to improve the safety, reliability, efficacy and durability of products. Job Requirements Tracking and reporting of quality metrics such as KPIs. Consulting on quality and service issues; prioritizes these and communicates with appropriate departments for containment, correction, and prevention. Planning and estimating quality support requirements for new products, functions, and components. Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality; working with product developers to resolve non-compliance issues.
