Job Overview TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. You are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets. TE Connectivity is seeking a qualified Product Manager. In this role, you will conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies and articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. What your background should look like: Role Summary : Lead the analysis of daily managerial situations impacting the assigned product lines. Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc. Research products and markets to maintain competitive intelligence. Gather product-related customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work with the engineering team to ensure products are released on time and per customer requirements. Maintain industry, technical, application knowledge and other skills to increase personal effectiveness. Willingness to travel – customer visits, association presentations, field training, etc. Key Responsibilities: Market Sensing & Strategy Development Develop Business Plan, achieve cross-functional alignment to the plan Execution on New Product Development & Launch Execution on Post Launch Product Management Meet AOP targets on the KPI’s Qualifications/Skills: 5+ years of experience in sales, finance, engineering or applications engineering Relevant product or industry experience desired Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
