Job Overview Develops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards. Job Requirements Tracking and controlling supply chain KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring necessary proactive measures are taken to close gaps to meet the budget. Maintaining stable and sustainable collaboration with external vendors to ensure sufficient replenishment of raw materials and facilities while remaining within budget requirements. Overseeing the performance of managers and teams. Identifying and addressing staff training and development needs. Identifying capacity constraints, driving capacity to avoid supply and demand gaps, and ensuring implementation of production plans or processes to meet customer requests. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
