Job Overview We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Data Networks (DDN) marketing team and own our digital initiatives, campaigns, and events. The Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in our APAC region to develop and execute global and local marketing strategies. We expect this person to have a high sense of ownership as well as to be highly proactive and collaborative to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful results from marketing activities in APAC. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Planning & Management: Own planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across channels & countries in APAC • Digital Promotions: Own paid search & media plans and execution in APAC • Content Creation: Utilize global and local resources to develop engaging content for various marketing purposes in APAC, including solution guides, videos, landing pages, social content, emails, and more. • Event Marketing: Plan and organize events in APAC, including trade shows, webinars, media roundtables and conferences • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts. • Collaboration: Partner with sales, channel partners and , to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. What your background should look like: • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or Business-related areas • 7+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or technology company • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English & Chinese • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to completion with on-time delivery • Experience and knowledge in digital campaign development/management • In-depth knowledge and experience with event planning and execution • An proactive and creative problem solver, with great capability and willingness to challenge the status quo • Highly adaptive and flexible to self-motivate in a fast-paced business environment and build strong networks in a large, matrix organization • Strong collaboration and influential skills Personal Competencies • Dynamic and high-energy team player who can work closely with global & cross-functional teams • Ability to think strategically and put strategy into solid actions • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
